All images on this website are taken by and copyrighted to Picture Partnership. Any copying, usage and/or distribution is strictly prohibited, unless by prior consent in writing.
The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right hand side.
You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password (username should not contain spaces). This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders.
If you do not want to use our online ordering system, we are available to take phone orders from 9.00AM to 5.00PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Both our on-line and off-line credit card systems accept VISA and MASTERCARD as well as most debit cards. We can also accept payment via BACs/bank transfer, contact us for details.
Please allow 14 days for delivery of your purchase, following receipt of payment. Payment in full must be received before your order will be processed and your items mailed to you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. In the event that the printed product(s) received by you is in any way damaged or in a defective condition, or it is not matching the description or picture viewed on the website, please contact us at pictures@picturepartnership.co.uk.
Please include a photograph that shows the issue or damage so we can investigate this further. We may offer to send a replacement or alternatively a refund if we agree with your claim. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a change of mind. Refunds are not available on digital images.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return.
Digital images will be sent electronically via WeTransfer to the email address provided by you, unless otherwise discussed.
